Dr. Tim Eades is a results-oriented leader focused on transformation and growth. His experience in higher education is from the entry level and up. Over the last 24 years, he has served in leadership capacities at several institutions, including his early role as Director of Admissions to Executive Vice President, Chief Enrollment Officer, Provost, and Chief Academic Officer. Collaboration, innovation, alignment, and growth have been hallmarks of his career, achieving significant system and service innovations, new academic program launches, and record enrollment growth, creating revenue gains from 80% to 600% at schools served.

More than anything, Tim’s passion is building remarkable teams. This leadership focus on relationships and results has led to approximately 25,000 new students enrolling at the universities he has served. Tim has been a national presenter and panelist on numerous higher ed topics at events with ABHE, CAHEA, CBFA, CCCU, and HLC. He holds a BA in Religion, a Masters in Ministry, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership.
