Leadership

Spencer is a transformational leader with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in Higher Education. He has served in the roles of college president, SVP, VP of Student Affairs, Corporate VP of Operations, and Executive Director with many additional years of experience in admissions, marketing, and financial aid.  Spencer has guided several universities, colleges, and bootcamps to navigate the complexities and challenges of managing budgets, creating additional revenue opportunities and effectively managing periods of rapid growth and turn-around situations by creating and maintaining systems, processes, and needed leadership.

Spencer completed his undergraduate degree in economics and business finance at the University of Phoenix and finished his MBA with a Leadership Emphasis at Grand Canyon University.
