Regina Elliott is an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a track record of achieving impressive results within mission critical infrastructure systems and guiding campuses through large scale technology transformations with patience and empathy. She has successfully led Managed Services technology teams responsible for all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, security, data, ERP, tech support, and help desk. Regina has also developed multi-year roadmaps and IT strategic plans, architected and led digital workplace plans, implemented CRM systems for Admissions, Student Success, and Advancement, and designed and instituted data dashboards.

Regina’s biggest achievements include migrating on-premises ERP to the cloud multiple times, leading successful implementations and developing alternate plans for removing non-cloud compatible customizations. She has also led several complex large-scale migrations, including migration of a 20+ year old home-grown administrative application.
