Mike’s contributions include spearheading ITIL training and certification initiatives, fostering a culture of best practices, and developing knowledge bases for optimized service delivery. 

As a former Chief Information Officer, Mike leveraged his Master of Science in Technology Management and Project Management, alongside certifications such as PMP and ITIL Master, to drive significant improvements in project outcomes and service excellence. His commitment to collaboration and continual improvement aligns with Core Education’s mission, promising transformative leadership and strategic vision.
