Maria has more than twenty years of experience serving in executive level positions in Human Resources and Talent Management.  She has significant operating experience in implementing mergers and affiliations across both startups and large-scale multi-national corporations. At Core Education, Maria leads talent management, culture and human resources. She also has extended her reach across various Core affiliate partners on managing change for mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Core, Maria served as Head of Talent Management at Equinix, a digital infrastructure company with more than 10,000 employees.  She also served as Governance Manager and Program at KLA-Tencor a semi-conductor company in Silicon Valley, CA.

Maria did her undergraduate and graduate work at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Stanford University. She also holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning.
