Lesley Vossenkemper brings over two decades of transformative leadership experience in rapidly growing education-focused companies. Lesley spent 15 years at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where she was the lieutenant officer of the Enrollment Management Division. She also developed and led a strategy for a significant transformation at ACT/NRCCUA as the Head of Product Innovation and the leader of the higher ed vertical.

Lesley’s track record includes scaling teams from inception to 160 members, driving revenue growth from start-up to $70M, and successfully leading 6 mergers and acquisitions. With expertise in enrollment management, student success, career services, and fundraising in higher education, complemented by a deep understanding of postsecondary planning, career exploration, and college readiness assessments, Lesley is a systems thinker. With a pulse on industry trends, she is adept at building market-centric strategies and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
