Kristen Setzer is a results-focused, quality-driven leader with nearly 25 years of experience in higher education.  Throughout her career, Kristen has designed and executed major student recruitment campaigns and managed cross-functional teams to build university branding and meet enrollment goals.  As Vice President of Enrollment Management at Gardner-Webb University, Kristen oversaw a comprehensive portfolio spanning traditional undergraduate admissions, non-traditional (graduate and degree completion) admissions, financial planning, and student acquisition.  She not only recruited record-breaking classes in the height of the pandemic, she optimized financial aid processes to maximize net tuition and student yield.  Kristen has also worked extensively with campuses across the country as a Vice President at Clark Higher Ed and Senior Search Strategist at Liaison International.

Kristen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University.
