Crain’s Detroit Business: Metro Detroit expat launches network to offer small colleges big-school services

Virginia-based Core Education Services PBC, founded by a Detroit expat, has launched a new network to provide shared services to small and mid-sized colleges and universities seeking to transform their business models.

Founded in 2019 by Livonia and Farmington native Rick Beyer, the public benefit corporation is launching its Core Affiliate Network with 10 member institutions, including Siena Heights University in Adrian.
