Craig has more than twenty years of experience in enrollment and marketing with a successful track record of driving significant revenue growth and organizational transformation within complex, multicampus, and digitally driven institutions.

Craig has held positions of Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at Antioch University and Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Enrollment Management at Excelsior University. He also founded and was CEO of New|ed Corporation an education-focused marketing technology company.  Craig has also held strategic enrollment roles at The College of Westchester and University of Phoenix.

Craig holds a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, an MBA in E-Commerce from Clarkson University, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
