Jeff has substantial experience in growth strategy and transformation leadership.  He has led organizations from $100M to $2B annual revenues and has significant operational and financial acumen.

Jeff has held positions as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Vera Bradley a multi-billion organization. He was also President of Herff Jones a $380M education products company and Chief Executive Officer at Matilda Jane Clothing. Early in Jeff’s career he held positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and Kraft Foods.

As a leader in operational execution and comprehensive turnarounds, Jeff has led transformational change, involving functional areas including Chief Transformation Officer; CFO; CHRO; Chief Customer Success Officer; Chief Product & Marketing Officer; Chief Information Officer; Chief Revenue Officer across six U.S. manufacturing facilities, and 1,700 employees for five lines of business.

Jeff currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Butler University He received his MBA at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, is a CPA and is an alumnus of Butler University.
