Nejla Turdiu brings more than 10 years of experience in higher education to Core, having previously led several cross-functional teams across higher education institutions and organizations.

In her previous role, Nejla served as the Associate Vice President for Business and Workforce Development at Dignity Health Global Education (DHGE), where she helped build and mentor a global business development team. Her ability to speak five different languages also enabled her and her team to manage partnerships across the USA, MENA, and South America. Nejla has robust experience in business development, partnerships, operations, and recruitment. This diverse skill set has yielded high revenues in higher ed institutions, businesses, and workforce development organizations across the globe.

Nejla holds a BA in Administrative Studies from York University (Canada), as well as multiple continued learning and leadership certificates, including a Mini-MBA in Healthcare from the University of Arizona and an Executive Leadership certificate from University of Oxford.
