Jennell Evans is an award-winning leadership development executive who pioneered the use of Interactive Behavioral Simulations© that depict real workplace situations and act as catalysts for learning critical emotional intelligence skills. The uniqueness and extreme effectiveness of her training approach have been featured several times on 60 Minutes, and on Good Morning America and Nightline, and in publications like The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Los Angeles Times.

Jennell’s work focuses on facilitating emotional intelligence training for leaders, corporate strategic planning sessions, mindfulness workshops and organizational change and transition initiatives.

Jennell has led client engagements with AECOM, HCA Healthcare, the Nashville Bar Association, The Carlyle Group, General Dynamics, Deloitte, AOl, the American College of Cardiology, Fannie Mae, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Time Warner Cable, Verizon, Trimble Navigation, Discovery Communications, Ann Taylor Stores, Sunrise Senior Living, Marriott International, Surescripts, Special Olympics, AvalonBay Communities, Navy Federal Credit Union, Choice Hotels International and other corporations and nonprofits. Jennell has a Masters in Organizational Development and a Certificate in Instructional Design from Marymount University, and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor having completed her training at the McLean Meditation Institute.
